Ultimate Logistics is a limited liability company registered & headquartered in Rwanda, licensed to trade in the resale of petroleum and petroleum products and warehousing. The company was formed in 2010 and commenced trading in January 2011 mainly handling the export market in the DRC.

We are the authorized distributors for shell products. Shell was a leading lubricant in the early 2000’s and the sale of assets and consequent withdraw from the market left a huge gap in the market.

Rentals In August 2012, Ultimate logistics entered into a lease agreement with Hashi Energy for thirty years. This was done to recapitalize the company for its intended expansion. The funds have been duly invested into the construction of the two stations and the purchase of oil tankers for transport. We are in partnership with Jaguar energy to construct 15 more stations as rentals.
